Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times start from the day your order ships.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also enter your order number on the Track Your Order page at any time.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us at support@clarskinessentials.com and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
