60-Day Visible Improvement Guarantee

Use Clarskin consistently for 60 days. If you do not see a visible improvement in your scar, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase in full.

Returns of unopened products

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to request a refund

Email support@clarskinessentials.com with your order number and a short note about why you are returning the product. We will reply with instructions within one business day.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
